CONDITIONS OF USE
"The present conditions govern the sales, by Galerie 22, of the works and other products present on the www.galerie22.fr website.

Article 1 : The customer
The customer declares that he/she is a natural person or a legal entity, aged at least 18 years and that he/she has the legal capacity or is the holder of a parental authorisation allowing him/her to place an order on the site. In the event of an error in the recipient's details, Galerie 22 cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product.
Subscribing to a contract governed by the present general conditions with Galerie 22 implies acceptance, by the Internet user, of the entirety of the general conditions, acknowledging at the same time that he/she is fully aware of them.

Article 2 : Ordering

Taking an order on the site is subject to compliance with the procedure created by Galerie 22 in the form of a succession of different stages that the customer must follow in order to validate the order.

The customer will have the possibility, before definitively validating his order, to check the details of this one and its total price, and to correct possible errors, before confirming this one to express his acceptance. Any order confirmed by the customer constitutes a sales contract and acceptance of the general conditions of sale. The data recorded by www.galerie22.fr constitutes proof of all financial transactions.

A confirmation email summarising the order (products, prices, quantities, etc.) will be sent to the customer by Galerie 22. To this end, the customer formally accepts the use of electronic mail for confirmation by la Galerie 22 of the contents of his order.

Article 3 : Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included. Processing and shipping costs vary according to the destination and the product ordered.

Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums are not the responsibility of Galerie 22.

They will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility both in terms of declarations and payments to the authorities and/or competent body in your country. We advise you to enquire about these aspects with your local authorities. All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in Euros. La Galerie 22 reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is registered, subject to availability.

Article 4 : Availability
Our product offers are subject to availability. Galerie 22 reserves the right to cancel an order if it cannot be fulfilled correctly.
In this case, the customer will be informed by email and reimbursed for the total amount paid.

Article 5: Products
Each product sold on the www.galerie22.fr website has a description sheet containing information such as the price, the name of the artist, the size and the type of work.
The numbering may differ from that shown on the photograph illustrating the work, but not the number published.
Article 7: Delivery

Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the purchase validation process.
All orders are packaged by us and sent by recorded delivery with the possibility of insuring and tracking the parcel. The tracking number will be sent to the customer by e-mail. The delivery times indicated when the purchase is finalised are average times corresponding to processing times and delivery.
In the event of an unusual delay, an e-mail will be sent to you. In the event of damaged packages (already opened, missing product(s), etc.), the customer undertakes to notify the carrier and Galerie 22, by any means, of any reservations within 3 days of receipt of the product. On receipt by Galerie 22 of the damaged parcel, the customer will be reimbursed the full amount paid.

Article 8 : Secure payment
The payment of your purchases is made through the secure payment service provided by Paypal or by credit card, VISA, Mastercard. These methods of payment use the SSL security standard, which encodes and encrypts bank details sent to www.galerie22.fr. All of these methods provide total security for the site's customers.

Article 9: Returns or exchanges
French law stipulates that for all online purchases made in a European Union country, the consumer has a 14-day cooling-off period from receipt of the product, without having to give reasons for their decision. They will only be responsible for the direct costs of returning the parcel. To do this, the customer must complete the retraction form sent on request and notify Galerie 22 of the return of the product by email: contact@galerie22.fr .

Article 11: Liability
The products offered comply with current French legislation. It is your responsibility to check with the local authorities regarding the possibility of importing or using the products or services that you are considering ordering.

Article 12 : Personal information
Galerie 22 undertakes not to divulge to third parties any information that you may communicate to it. This information is confidential. It will only be used by our internal services to process your order and to reinforce and personalise communication and the cultural offer and products reserved for customers of Galerie 22, in particular through the Galerie 22 newsletters to which you will be subscribed.
Any unsubscription can be made from the customer account accessible on the site.
