Description
These men and women are welded to the ground, to the earth. Their feet are enormous, disproportionate, but they remind us that they are indispensable to every human being. The head is nothing and can do nothing without the feet. Between these two extremities, the body acts as a junction between heaven and earth, between spirit and animality. This deformed body, with its expressionist allure, is often folded in on itself, waiting for the moment when it can finally develop and unfold in space.
